Meals are taken in the hotel's superb restaurant. The house kitchen is meticulously managed by head chef, Chiara Lazzara, who produces mouth watering masterpieces.The house offers a continental breakfast buffet with many healthy options. There is also an option for an American style menu.
Evening meals consist of 3 or 4 courses with a choice of antipasto and main dish, and every week there is a gala candlelight dinner.
