Born in Bormio, Northern Italy, Alfredo is a member of The World Master Chef's Society and an associate of De La Chiame des Rostisseur. He has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the world, and has many national and international commendations.

The hotel operates a half board policy with an extensive buffet breakfast and a 4 course evening meal with a choice of menu.

There is also an extensive wine list with regional and national wines to complement any dish.
