The house operates a half board policy, with an extensive breakfast buffet each morning until 10.00am and 4 course evening meals with choice of menu. Once a week, the house serves a candlelit gala dinner. All meals are taken in the Tyrolean style dining room with authentic regional and national dishes from all over Italy.

The house has an extensive wine list to complement any meal. These fine wines are drawn from the house cellar, and served in crystal glassware by the hotel's own sommelier, who is always on hand to advise and help you make your choice.
