The house has a guest dining room and a separate a la carte restaurant (the Imperatore).Every morning, a large buffet breakfast is served with many healthy options available. Four course evening meals with a choice of menu are served in the dining room with a gala dinner twice a week.
Every dish is lovingly prepared under the guidance of renowned chef, Angelo Ruatti. With unique and innovative cuisine, guests are given the opportunity to dine on house specialities, traditional and national dishes accompanied by excellent wines from the well stocked cellar.
The a la carte restaurant is available to guests with a financial consideration given against the cost of half board.
