Special attention has been paid to the house cuisine. The Artini family have been renowned restaurateurs for decades, and in the dining room of the Hotel Campiglio Bella Vista, guests are invited to partake of traditional home cooked dishes, which are synonymous with the owners.

Each evening, a variety of dishes are offered including: home made pastas and gnocchi, traditional mountain soups and piping hot polenta with local porcini mushrooms and venison. Another favourite is salmon trout caught in the local mountain streams. The house also provides home made cakes and desserts, and local cheeses.

Breakfast buffet each morning comprises freshly baked croissant and cakes, yoghurts, local berry conserves, fresh farm butter and cold meats and cheeses.

The hotel also boasts its own a la carte restaurant, for those special occasions.
