A rich and varied breakfast with many organic options, is available until late morning, every day in buffet form. In the evening, a four course gourmet menu is offered for all guests in the dining room, with creatively prepared local fresh produce, including many organic vegetables from the house kitchen garden.

'La Stube del Hermitage' is the real jewel of the Bio Hotel Hermitage. The Maffei family have created a unique and innovative restaurant, where discerning gourmets can dine on cuisine to match any in the entire Alps. Decorated in the style of a traditional mountain chalet, this exceptional restaurant is the perfect venue for that special occasion.
Wine cellar
Expert research underpins the large selection of some of the most prestigious wine labels to be found anywhere. San Leonardo, Granato Foradori, Sassicaia, Ormellaia and Massetto (World champion wine 2002) give life to an extensive wine list worthy of only a great restaurant.
